House Rules
1.
The dog(s) must be vaccinated according to the norms, inclusive kennel cough.
The vaccination certificate or passport must be in our register. In case the dog is not vaccinated, the admission can be denied.
2.
The dog(s) must be chipped and registered by the Dutch Pet Databank (https://ndg.nl/), even if the dog is already registered in an other country.
Please bring this certificate together with the dog’s passport to our first meeting.
3.
Dogs with infectious diseases cannot be admitted to group activities like group walking or daycare.
In case the owner deliberately kept the fact of a disease from us, and this resulted in the infection of other dogs, then the treatment of all dogs will be charged to the owner.
Gerda’s Honden Service may contact the veterinarian of a sick dog for consultation.
4.
In case of life threatening situation we will bring the dog to a veterinarian of our choice.
The cost of this will be charged to the owner. In not life threatening cases we will consult with the owner first.
5.
Gerda’s Honden Service can not be held accountable for any damage to the dog(s) or the owner(s).
6.
If a booked service is cancelled within 24 hours then 50% of the agreed cost can be charged to the client.
7.
For services outside the opening hours an extra fee can be charged.
8.
By using our services the client agrees with our general conditions.
9.
In any case that is not mentioned in the general conditions, the management has the right to make a decision.
